Dr Oetker - Apple crumble slices cake

The Dr Oetker apple crumble is a baking mix for a small sheet cake with a fluffy sponge cake, fresh apples to be added and crispy crumbles, rounded off with a fine note of cinnamon and sugar.

The preparation is simple and uncomplicated: the practical baking pan does not have to be greased and is also ideal for transporting cakes later.
With a baking time of only 30 minutes, the apple crumble is quick to bake and everyone succeeds!

Simply mix the dough, add fresh apples and then spread the prepared crumble on top. Whether for a personal pampering moment, cake enjoyment in a small circle or for a varied cake slice buffet with lots of small delicacies - the apple crumble and the other delicious varieties from Dr . Instructions:

1) Set up the baking pan according to the instructions.
2) Pour the mixture for the crumble into a mixing bowl. Add 50g butter or margarine. Everything with a mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest level. Process sprinkles. Peel the apple and cut into large cubes.
3) Mix the mixture for the base into a batter to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the mold and smooth out. Arrange the apples on top and sprinkle with coarse decorating sugar and cinnamon. Then sprinkle sprinkles on top. Place the dish on the rack in the oven. Inset: lower third. Baking time: about 30 minutes. Leave the cake to cool in the mold on a wire rack. Unfold sides of mold and cut into 8 pieces.
