Attention chili fans! The addition of chunky tomatoes gives this chilli con carne a fruity tomato taste and makes it a favorite classic for guests. Without dyes. Without taste-enhancing additives.
Add fresh:
200 g lean mixed minced meat – 7.05 oz
1 can (425 ml) red beans – 14.4 US-fl.oz. / 1.8 cups
70 g vegetable corn (1 mini can) – 2.5 oz.
Preparation:
1) Drain the corn and beans, rinse the beans if necessary. Fry the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Pour in 300 ml (=1.3 cups) of cold water and stir in the contents of the bag.
2) Add corn and beans and bring to the boil while stirring.
3) Cover and cook at low heat for about 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
As a side dish, Knorr recommends rice or wild rice.
