Preparation instructions: Add fresh 800 g paprika (capsicum) (red + yellow), 700 g potatoes and 300 g lean minced meat.
Preparation:
1) Clean the paprika and peel the potatoes. Cut both into cubes. Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons hot oil for 2 minutes. Add the peppers and potatoes and sauté on all sides for 2 minutes.
2) Add 350 ml water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil while stirring.
3) Cook covered for about 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
