Full milk choclotae cake glaze from Dr Oetker. The glaze is often the crowning glory for cakes and pastries. Due to the simple processing, a delicious and finely shiny coating can be achieved without any problems.
Preparation
Here's how it's done:
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and remove from the stove. Put the icing bag in and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Dry the bag, knead vigorously and cut open. Pour the glaze onto the cooled pastry and spread with a knife.
Note:
- If there is some glaze left in the bag, let the rest cool down and use up within a short time.
- When heating, no water should get into the glaze. TIP: You can also add desserts, e.g. B. ice cream, pudding, with the Dr. Cover Oetker cake icing light.
