Basic Instructions:
You add: 1 & 1/4 cups of chilled milk
1. In a medium size bowl, combine milk and cream powder. Whisk on low until blended, using a handheld mixer with the beater attachments.
2. Continue beating on high for approximately 3 minutes.
3. Fill cream into dessert bowls and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for freshness.
